At Ladies-Street, as a destination for high-end apparel and luxury jewelry, our top priority is to deliver exceptional service to our valued clientele. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly—please note that specific terms apply to luxury jewelry returns (detailed below).
Policy Validity
Our Refund & Return Policy is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery. If more than 60 days have elapsed since you received your order, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- High-end apparel: Unworn, unwashed, in the exact condition of receipt, with all original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
- Luxury jewelry: Unworn, undamaged, in original state, accompanied by its authentic gift box, certificate of authenticity, and warranty card (if applicable). Critical: Jewelry returns require prior communication & confirmation with our customer service team (see "Special Terms for Luxury Jewelry" below).
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made high-end apparel or luxury jewelry (tailored to individual specifications)
- Final-sale items (promotional discounted apparel/jewelry)
- Luxury jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or returned without prior customer service confirmation
- Items missing original tags, packaging (apparel), or authenticity certificates (jewelry)
Given the high-value, delicate nature of our jewelry:
- After placing a jewelry order, you must first contact our customer service team (via the channels below) to confirm any return/exchange request—returns will not be processed without prior communication.
- Approved jewelry returns will incur a 20% processing fee (deducted from the refund amount, based on the item’s order value).
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will email you to confirm receipt of the return.
- We will notify you of refund approval/rejection.
- If approved:
- For apparel: Refund (less non-refundable shipping fees) will be credited to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
- For jewelry: Refund (less 20% processing fee + non-refundable shipping fees) will be credited to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank/credit card account (processing may take 1-3 business days).
- Contact your bank/credit card provider for posting delays.
- If issues persist, reach out to our customer service team (channels below).
- Apparel: We only replace items if defective/damaged. Contact our team with your order details first to arrange an exchange for the same item.
- Jewelry: Exchanges are subject to the "Special Terms for Luxury Jewelry Returns"—contact our team to confirm before proceeding.
