At Ladies-Street, our primary goal is to provide excellent service to our loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right!

Our refund and return policy is valid for 120 days from the date of receipt. If 120 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unwornunwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • All tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Special Promotional Items: Items purchased as part of certain special promotions, discounts, or events may be final sale and non-returnable.
  • Perishable goods, such as food or flowers.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materialsflammable liquids, or gases.
  • Health and personal care items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take 1-3 business days before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Then, send your item to:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
